Acceptance?

If you can alter what you are uncomfortable with, then yay to you.

Of course, you have to live with things that you dislike, but cannot change.

Be them as random as the weather and menstrual cramps, or other (undoubtedly at times superficial) issues. Frustration and annoyance is natural; because you feel helpless.

Most humans need a closure for certain matters.

Since you cannot alter the subjects themselves, the only thing you can deal with is yourself.

If you rant about something that you are unhappy with, you are doing a favour to your psyche. If you can't be bothered to, there are only two reasons (which I can think of):

a) You have decided to accept whatever the nonsense is, because it's just some minor crap that ultimately, doesn't affect you much.
b) There is really nothing much to say.

So, by not saying anything, are you:
a) Accepting your circumstances?
b) Or is the situation so fucked up, there is nothing to mention? Would it have made a difference anyway?

In the meantime, I shall deal with my petty annoyance of seeing random people carrying ridiculously expensive things that ironically, make them look cheap and uniform; while trying not to be squashed by throes of over-zealous office workers.
