Merry-go-round
Here we go again.
Listening to songs from the early millennium brings back the familiar feeling of melancholy. The kind that starts from the pit of your belly, and then slowly overwhelms you in one delicious sweep. Of memories long forgotten.
Or so you think.
Blame it on the ignorance of youth.
One song leads to another. Although the songs in question were never in my playlists for obvious reasons. For I will plunge straight down to the point of no return. And have to painfully claw my way back out.
A song for every stage in my life. For every person that has affected me one way or another.
Damn you, music. Double-edged sword that you are.
Time to move on...
Isn't it ironic how adults somehow live by the rules they have inadvertently set for themselves? When we were born without such rules. That is why children pick up languages and knowledge so easily and naturally. They learnt at random and absorb like sponges. No rules.
Time get back to ground zero.
And set yourself free.
